Virtual adoption of one of our animals
Would you like to virtually adopt pet?
We have a range of animals under our care, including some that have disabilities or special needs. We offer a new opportunity to our visitors – the chance to virtually adopt one of our disabled animals and give them the proper care they need. For a small fee, you can make a huge impact on the life of one of our animals.
Your donation will go towards the animal’s food, medical care, and other basic needs. You will receive regular updates on the animal’s progress and well-being, including photos and videos of their daily life.
Virtual adoption is a great way to help an animal in need without the responsibility of full-time ownership. It allows you to make a difference in an animal’s life, while still being able to focus on your own busy schedule. The virtual adoption process is simple – just choose the animal you would like to support and make your donation through our website. We will then send you a virtual adoption certificate, along with information about the animal you have chosen to support. We hope that you will consider virtually adopting one of our disabled animals and making a positive impact on their life. Thank you for your support and dedication to animal welfare.
Spay & vaccinate a shelter dog
Would you like to sponsor an animal for treatment?
A “spay,” or ovariohysterectomy, is a veterinary surgical procedure performed under general anesthesia. It involves removal of the female dog’s uterus and both ovaries through an incision made in the abdomen. After spay surgery, some dogs may have some post-surgery discomfort, and the veterinarian provides pain medication. She will need a protective collar to keep her from licking the incision. Her activity needs to be restricted for 7 to 10 days while she heals.
Neutering, or castration, is the surgical removal of a male dog’s testes. Also performed under general anesthesia, it is a simpler surgery than a spay. An incision is made near the front of the scrotum, then the testicles are removed through that incision. The aftercare includes pain medication his activity needs to be restricted for a few days while the incision heals. The dog will need a protective collar to help keep him from licking the incision. If there are no complications or other health issues, male dogs can usually be released in a week.
Sponsor cow/bull/buffalo for a month
Would you like to sponsor one of our cattle for a month?
Cows, bulls and buffaloes are large animals that require a significant amount of care and attention. Here are some of the needs these animals would require in a shelter:
- Shelter: These animals require a shelter that provides protection from the elements such as rain, heat, and cold. The shelter should be large enough to accommodate the animals and should be well-ventilated.
- Food and Water: Cows, bulls, and buffaloes require a consistent supply of fresh water and food. The food should be nutritious and balanced, providing all the necessary vitamins and minerals required for the animals to maintain good health.
- Veterinary Care: These animals require regular check-ups from a veterinarian to ensure they are healthy and to diagnose and treat any illnesses. Vaccinations are also important to prevent diseases.
- Cleanliness: These animals require a clean living environment to prevent the spread of disease. This includes regular cleaning of their living area, feeding troughs, and water containers.
- Exercise: These animals require regular exercise to maintain good health. This can be in the form of grazing, walking or running around in a large enough space.
- Safety: These animals require safety measures to protect them from predators and other animals. Fencing and other barriers can help prevent accidents and keep the animals safe.
You can help us to take care of these expenses of one of our cattle for a month by donating to us.
